Questions buyers ask

Where does the data come from?

Public U.S. Department of Labor enforcement records — the same datasets anyone can download. Our product is the judgment layer: noise filtering, ranking, decoding, and computed deadlines. See the Data page for sources and measured freshness.

Is this legal?

Yes. OSHA enforcement records are public by law (EFOIA). We republish and analyze them, honor documented government corrections, and never guarantee accuracy of source records. Your outreach must comply with CAN-SPAM/TCPA — that part is on you, and our Terms say so.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No long-term contracts. Trials require a card but can be cancelled before day 7 at no charge.

How is this different from OSHAlert or free OSHA search?

Free search is a phone book; raw feeds surface $0-penalty junk as leads. We deliver a ranked call sheet: noise killed, winnability scored, the service angle and the honest clock attached — plus an early-warning tier and client-book monitoring.

Why no per-lead pricing?

We sell the radar, not individual fish. Per-lead pricing rewards junk volume; a flat brief rewards judgment.
